人体の"連動パターン"を使って"ツボ"で動きを整えていきます。

「整動鍼は、体に潜む普遍的な法則を利用した新しい鍼灸論です」（創案者・栗原誠先生）。例えば、手の親指にある渝谷（ゆこく）と命名されているツボ。ここを刺鍼すると、鎖骨を介して胸椎１番が動くということを整動鍼は発見しました。そして痛みとは、連動した一方の引く力が強過ぎることで、反対側が引かれ過ぎてしまうことが原因（整動鍼の考え）。
これらの理論の実例が「渝谷に刺鍼して、肩甲骨周りの痛みを取る」技術です。このように一見無関係にみえる遠位の施術がユニークな整動鍼は、医療機関による研究・臨床も積極的に行っている今注目の鍼灸論です。
