青翔中学校にて宝蔵院流槍術一日体験

奈良県立青翔中学校にて、宝蔵院流槍術の体験会が下記の通り開催されます。
目的：奈良発祥の武道・宝蔵院流総術の学習・体験を通じて武道に親しみ、奈良の歴史・文化や礼儀・作法を学ぶとともに体力の向上に資する。
日時：平成27年11月7日（土）9時45分〜11時35分
場所：奈良県立青翔中学校・高等学校 体育館（御所市525 TEL0745-62-3951）
参加生徒：第一学年生徒40名（男子20名、女子20名）
指導者：宝蔵院流高田派槍術 第二十一世宗家 ほか 宝蔵院流槍術伝習者11名
活動内容：１時限目 9時45分〜10時35分
１ 宝蔵院流槍術の歴史
２ 基本技術の説明
３ 演武披露：宝蔵院流高田派槍合せの型 表（おもて）
２時限目 10時45分〜11時35分
１ 体験実習
基本技術：１構え ２歩み ３突き ４引落 ５巻落
宝蔵院流高田派槍合せの型 表
「到用（とうよう）」「一挽（いちぢつ）」「粘花（ねんげ）」
２ 修了証書 授与
稽古槍：鎌槍（かまやり）2.7メートル 2.0kg
素槍（すやり）3.6メートル 2.3kg
