武道家で良かった！ "最高の健康法"をいつもやっていた！？
剣道、空手、合気道、弓道...、どれにしても長年に亘って武道をやっている人は、なぜかそれらしく見える。なぜか？ それは、「スッ」と背筋が伸びた姿勢に現れるからだろう。武道をやってない人と比べて、歳を重ねるとますますその佇まいに差が出てくるようだ。
