体格・力の差を乗り越えられる「寝技」に活路を見出した柔道。
創意と工夫でライバルに打ち勝つ、これぞスポ根の王道技術です！

グラウンドでの膠着を中断させないことから、独自に発展してきた「七帝柔道」の寝技。中でも「亀取り」技術は、強固な防御を粉砕する技として、国際ルール競技者からも注目を集めています。本DVDではその秘訣を、北大柔道部・佐々木洋一コーチと愛弟子・中井祐樹氏が、豊富な実技と共に遂に公開！
必殺技・横三角の亀取りでは、秘技"お姉さん座り（！）"で返しの軸を作り、支点・力点となる左右の脇の取り方を丁寧に解説。また京大の部員が開発したとされる「腹包み（遠藤返し）」では、様々な返しのバリエーションを披露。ちなみに腹包みは、別名「ＳＲＴ（スーパーローリングサンダー）」いい、かなり『リン賭け』チックのネーミングです（笑）。
