腕を数分動かすだけで、股関節が柔らかくなる!?
今は、河原などの小石でゴツゴツしたところは裸足で歩けない、という人が多いだろう。しかし、言うまでもないが、大昔は人間だって裸足で歩き回る動物だったのだ。
足はいくつもの細かい骨のパーツが組み合わさってできている。つまり、本来は自由に柔らかく動くはずだが、靴を履く習慣によって固まってしまっている。それを平氏は、文明の進化による身体の退化なのだと言う。そして、そうやって動かなくなってしまっている部分はたくさんあるのだと。
平氏が考案した"骨絡調整術"は、修業中である柳生心眼流の「骨絡（＝骨の繋がり）」から着想を得た、画期的な身体調整法だ。骨を繋げて動かすことにより、動かなくなっていた"奥"を動かしてやる、という原理によっている。
驚くべきは、腕をほんの数分動かしただけで股関節の可動域を広げてしまう施術。
一般に、体が固いということは、筋肉や腱の柔軟性がないことだと考えられている。しかし、平氏はそんなことよりも、動かなくなっている部分を動くようにしてやれば、身体の可動性は飛躍的に高まるのだと言う。
"骨絡調整術"は、身体パフォーマンスを上げたいという人はもちろん、肩凝りや慢性的身体不調の改善にも繋がる。
